7:04 am.

I was going to post a different photograph today but had to change as I saw this burning sky when I woke up. I was lazy…didn’t go anywhere but shot from our window this morning at 7:04 am – not a bad way to start a new day. +++ ©Mariko Evans

A beautiful fall.

Autumn shows how beautiful it is to let go – unknown +++ I know, I have been sharing similar images (a leave dangling/falling in the air) almost every year but I just love them, can’t help. ;) Happy weekend, everyone. +++ ©Mariko Evans

Enjoy the rest of the summer…

What? Is it already almost the end of August? I never am ready for letting the summer go but nothing I could do except enjoy it as much as I can… Enjoy yours, while you can! :) P.S. As previously shared on my Facebook page, my works have been displayed at the Gallery Woo in South Granville area, and the show has been extended till Sep 3. So if you haven’t seen the printed painterly photographs – please come and have a look! +++ ©Mariko Evans

Last night.

It was a quite stunning sky last night, I was on the deck relaxing after dinner then start seeing the colors are gradually coming out in the sky. So I grabbed my camera, got on a car then within 5 min….voila. I see this sky in front of me. +++ ©Mariko Evans

Going home, together.

“It’s a funny thing coming home. Nothing changes. Everything looks the same, feels the same, even smells the same. You realize what’s changed, is you.” -Eric Roth +++ ©Mariko Evans
